I bought the Giga-byte GA-81HXP motherboard and I need to know if I want to install 128MB of PC1066 RAM do I need the stick in 16bit or 32bit?

the 16 bit rdram is referred to as pc1066
the 32 bit is referred to as rimm4200 and can only be run in the asus p4t-533 mobo....
you need the 16 bit pc 1066...nice board by the way im looking at getting the same one =]

I heard you need to run RDRAM in pairs...

What happens if I only have enough $$$ for 128MB of RDRAM? Will the single module work fine?

1 stick of 128MB 32bit RDRAM yes, youll need a terminator though if its one stick. You need pairs for 16bit RDRAM.
