Problem connecting linux operating system to belkin router to router

i am having trouble connecting my belkin router to my linux 14 operating system on my dell computer. can you help?

Not without some more details, I'm afraid. what actually happens when you try to connect?

Can you cable to the router and use a browser to go to 192.168.2.1 and see the Belkin's log in page? Usually admin will be the login and the password should be left blank. Once in, ch3eck out the wireless security key to make sure you're using the correct one.
