My Feurio program says my ATAPI driver on my WIN98SE system is too old and won't run. Its a new ASUS CDRW. I also have a Sony DVD burner. They are both on the same IDE controller and the ASUS is the Master, Sony the Slave.
Where can a get the latest ATAPI drivers to run the CDROM's?
I can't find them on the Microsoft site and Google is no help.

ASPI drivers can be obtained from adaptecs website .. contact the manufacturer of your motherboard or the maker of the chipset for updated ide drivers

I have searched ASUS (MB) website to no avail. They have not responded to my emails. I have gotten the latest Adaptec stuff, and that did not help. Then I got the Adaptec stuff Feurio website pointed too and now it's worse, the program will not even see the ASPI drivers now.
All other programs work fine. And some of it is finicky. Just the Feurio.
