Question on a Toshiba Sattelite recomendation

I own a Tosh Sat L505 series, had a virus that stopped all hardware/drivers etc. Had it fixed but don't have the Windows 7 home premium disk so the person who fixed my computer used his windows and my computer does not like it. I got my computer for Christmas in 12/2009. It was bought at Office Max. I have moved and I can not find my box that my computer came in. It was a display model and afraid they did not send it. I need help..

you can use the system restore to factory reset your computer or you can contact toshiba to get a recovery disc.
