Hello everyone

I'm really happy to join your forum for the first time

I've got a 17" crt Hansol monitor model 720d
There is some scotchs on the crt surface, not deep at all and hardly can be felt by hand. It's very annoying though.
Could anyone help me to repair these scotchs? is there any practical way to eliminate schotchs from crt?
