Dreamscene for windows 7 won't install HELP

i downloaded the dreamscene.exe for windows 7 and when i try to install it says press any key in the cmd command box
and when i press any key it says at the end that it's unoperable program or batch file so i won't be able to use a video file as my wall paper which sucks

can youguys tell me why this occur? the windows 7 i use at my office is windows 7 64 bit home edition
