What will be enough power to drive a Hammer system?... Will it need alittle more power? something around 431watts... or into the 500 range?

Well they aren't extremly more power hungry then the current Athlon XPs... so I presume 350-400W or higher will do.

My PC eats so much money that I'm in 'desperate' need of it to buy PC3200 RAM!
