I recently purchased an HS820 bluetooth headset and am trying to set it
up. I have noticed when I have the headset on my right ear that the
top volume button doesn't make a sound when I press it but when I press
the bottom button it will make a sound (or give me a signal it is doing
something). Are both buttons suppose to make a sound when you press
them? I don't really notice a difference in the volume when I press
either one of them. Thanks for you help.

You are hearing the sound that means the button you are pressing is at its
max setting, loudest, or lowest it can go. If you keep pressing the upper
button to make it louder it will reach its max also and then you will hear
a beep telling you so.

Thanks, the problem is that everytime I press the bottom button it
makes a sound. The top button, regardless how many times I press it,
never makes a sound. Honestly, I can't tell a difference in the volume
when I press either button.
