Desktop Wireless Question

So my house it 3 floors and i cannot connect my desktop directly to the router with an ethernet cable.
Now i know i have to options:

A USB wireless adapter
or
A PCI wireless card.

Now i'd rather go with the PCI wireless card but i don't know which one to choose.

Could someone please reccomende me one
