Echo Fire Help

Has anyone ever been able to get Echo Fire to work on a Windows XP computer?

It's a program that lets you output a DV stream to firewire and either with
a convertor box or a DV camcorder one can see the actual display as it would
appear on a video monitor....

I cannot seem to get it to work in Premiere & Pro Tools, that's my main
concern. It's fine in Photoshop....
