My client bought a Dell system with what I think is a Plextor burner (no information from him). The problem begins when he burns a CD from home and brings it to work, none of the CD readers can read his burned CD (data).
I know there is very little info to go on but I was wondering if there is a generic CD driver out there that would allow any CD reader to read burned CDs?
Tell him to call dell for support, he payed for it.
Yeah I would say finalize the cd, like the guy before me.

See if the burning software has any verification ability, check the cd for readability post burn.
Try different discs or burn at a slower speed.
CALL DELL.
