How to access two networks from one pc

Hello,
I have two N/W interface cards with 255.255.255.0
subnet masks the first n/w interface with 192.0.0.1 as the gate way and the other as 10.205.5.40(DHCP). I cannot browse them without disabling one of them. How do I do it without disabling either of them

You need to define only one of the interfaces with a default gateway. You want to leave the gateway on the interface that has internet access. The other interface you will only be able to get to machines on that subnet only. If you need to get to more things on the interface that does not have the default gateway you will need to manually add the networks with a ROUTE ADD command.
