You would have to set up a wireless network and there are two ways to do that and one is to get a wireless router and set up a wireless network with the phone and computer included in that network.
The second is if you have an Andriod phone you can use a wireless router App that you can download rrom the app store and use you phone as a wireless router and have the computer connect to the phones wireless router.
