I just bought myself a "Logitech USB Headset 20" to use for "TeamSpeak" but sadly it's not working. It doesn't come with drivers but instead uses some sort of standard windows drivers which are supposed to install automatically when you plug the headset in a USB port.

The installation of new hardware actually begins but when it's finished it says:

"A problem arose when the unit was installed:
Unable to copy to the target specified"

This is a loose translation since I'm using the Swedish version of Windows XP. I don't know what this error means and how to solve it, so I thought maybe I could get some help here.

Thanks in advance!

Can you give us a link to the Item? I could not find that item on the Logitech website.

Perhaps someone can suggest a better place to ask about this? I haven't been able to get in touch with Logitech support, and this really looks like a Windows XP problem, so any pointers on where I could get some help with this? Someone suggested it might have something to do with the driver installation not having the right permissions to write in the drivers folder.

You are posting it in the right place. I could not find that model on the USA Logitech webpage but found it on the Swedish link you gave me.

I think you are just going to have to wait for Logitech get back to you. I could not find any drivers or other support for this headset.

One option though, if you have a microphone, a free program
called Roger Wilco works great for voice in games.

I wish I could help more.

Yes, I've got a microphone. It's attached to my brand new USB headset! *LOL* Thanks for trying to help! I'll wait for Logitech to get back to me.

LOL, I knew you were going to say that. Did you get a response yet? I just got back in town.
