Why does my wifi keep dropping out and coming back on a second later??

Hello,
For some reason when I'm watching a HD video or I'm downloading a file, on my HP laptop my wifi decides to stop,disconnect and then start up again
This never occurs on my iPhone iPad Xbox or any other laptops in the house.

Have a look at the power saving options on the laptop (may be in BIOS). If there is a setting that "powers down to save energy" turn it to off.
That may do it for you!
