Which heatsink and fan are you using for your CPU?

That one shouldn't create to much noise. Is there a fan on your NorthBirdge and/or videocard?
You can see if shutting down the casefans clears the noise.

What kind of noise are you hearing? Buzz, rattle, dull hum, etc. ???

Isolate the noise for us so we can help.
