Wifi keeps disconnecting every 30 minutes

Hello my wireless wifi keeps going on and off frequently (I have to unplug and plug it back in about 10-30 times a day) and when its is connected its slow I don't know what's wrong please help?

p.s. I have a Belkin Play (high-performance Dual-Band Networking)

You want to go into the power plan and make sure that there are no Window controlls on the lan adaptor for power saving , make sure they are all diabled. You do not want Windows to be turning the lan adaptor on and off to conserve power.
Same goes fro the bios , you don't want any control enabled for the bios to control the lan chip.
