Error message when loading office pro 2003 in Windows 7

I am trying to load Microsoft Office Professional 2003 in a brand new HP desktop with Windows 7. I get the error message 800702E4 The requested operation requires elevation. I am logged in as the administrator. I tried clicking on "Run as Administrator" at the command prompt, and it didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks for any help!

Is this from a genuine MS disc ?

Yes it is. I ended up turning OFF all of the administrator rights on all of the accounts, then I was able to load it. Thanks anyway Brett
