Was just wondering if any body tried windows 7 boost .. USB and which USB would be best for this.?

You mean Readyboost?

It'll work with most any recent vintage USB thumb drive just fine. But understand this is aimed at getting marginal computers a little more resource on the cheap. Your profiles says you have 4GB of RAM, so you're unlikely to notice any difference.
