running ddr400 at 333

i already had 256mb of CL2 corsair ddr 400 pc3200, but i got an intel board (de845pebt2) that only supports pc2700 333mhz. is there any reason why i would have a problem with this memory on this motherboard? any comments would be appreciated.

ok cool. i was planning on overclocking the board anyways...but didnt know if the ram would clock itself down to be compatible.
