I have heard that Athlon Xp proccessors will work better with WinXp 64 Bit...IS IT REAL ???

You may be getting AMD's new line of 64-bit processors confused with their current XP line. Athlon XP's are 32-bit processors only; the new chips codenamed "Clawhammer" and "Sledgehammer" are supposed to introduce 64-bit power as an extension to the existing CISC architechture.
