HP envy with preinstalled win8 - hdd dead

Hi, I have problem with hp notebook, hard drive is totaly dead. I can replace, but restore partition gone with old hard drive. My laptop has windows 8 licence integrated in UEFI. Where can I download version of windows 8 compatibile for my licence?

A Win8 Laptop must be fairly new, so why don't you call HP?
