hi.....I'm just wandering if its possible to convert my old cassette tape to CD using my desktop? Any help would be appreciated.

Get an rca stereo to 1/8" adapter and simply record straight from your tape deck to the line-in. youll still have the hiss from the tape but there are programs out there that can reduce the hiss. just dont expect it to sound like a cd when played back.
