NTFS or FAT32

Quick question - 40 Gig 7,200rpm ATA133 Maxtor hard drive - reformating computer, and I'd like to know whats everyone's opinion/experience:
NTFS or FAT32 ?

Staggering out of the shower this morning, I hear the hair-dryer. "Whose awake?" I think... Till I realize its my computer - talk about a windtunnel

For performance, stick with FAT32.
For security, NTFS.
