Weird Problem, My PC Stutter when I am not using my keyboard or mouse for 2 minu

Okay, I got really weird problem here, about 2 weeks ago, My computer started to stutter when I am not using my keyboard or mouse, My PC is not idle, For example while watching Steaming video or DVD my computer start to stutter, its also happen when playing game that not use Keyboard or mouse ( Using Joypad ). If I press my keyboard or move my mouse during The stutter, My computer went back to normal. Someone help me please ?

Does it happen at the same time after the last keyboard or mouse input? You may have a program designed to run when there has been no input activity for a certain length of time. Try turning off any screen savers you may have. Also some utility programs are designed to run in the background when there has been no input for awhile. Did you install anything or make any notable changes to your computer two weeks ago?
