Defrag Striped RAID: Windows Defragger OK?

I am running a Striped RAID config under XPPro with an Adaptec 1200a ATA RAID card with two WDC800JB drives (80Gig, 8MB cache) and wanted to know the safest way to defrag the drives? Is the XP defragger OK? Thanks in advance!

Yes. I've done it with my RAID (2 of IBM 40G GXP) w/o problem.

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.

Thanks for the info...i just finished defragging with XP's defragger, rebooted, and (thankfully) everything is fine.
