Simple Cosmetic Problem

I have a program pinned to my taskbar, in particular Diablo II.

The problem is, I want to remove this pinned program, but it does not respond at all. I right-click, nothing happens, I double-click, nothing happens. How can I fix this?

What OS are you using? Are you sure that's windows 7? Try booting in safe mode and deleting it.

Of course That is Windows 7. I still cannot delete it in safe mode.
