Printing to Network Printer in the office while connected via VPN

i use vpn to connect to another organization from my office and on the same network where my printer resides, if i logon to the vpn printing to my local printer becomes a problem, please what do u think i can do so that wile on vpn i can also print to my local printer

There should be some sort of "Split Tunneling" options under the settings for your VPN client. Inside of there, look for an option similar to "Allow access to local subnet"

Are you using the windows VPN or some third party solution like a sonicwall client etc?
