Windows 7 Favorites Toolbar missing

My favourites bar has disappeared. Please help me to recover it.

Rt click on a space on the menu bar and tick the box! If you're using Ie...(Actually it's the darker blue bar at the top of the window, whose name escapes me...)

You're welcome. Did you know Alt + Z enables you to add links direct to it?
And if you right click on one of the links you can choose the size and make room for even more...
