There is a percentage of the population who have a certain protein deficiency in their blood that makes them immune to HIV (CCR-5 gene).
What would happen if an HIV positive person got a bone marrow transplant from a person with this immunity(essentially gaining the immunity with totally new blood)?

The Pen is mightier than the Sword, but the Sword is better if you need back up.
