looking for drivers for visioneer one touch 8100 flatbed scanner

They aren't any. If you cannot install it with a generic driver by adding a device in the devices and printer control panel, then download the XP drivers and right click on them, select compatibility tab and select XP SP2, then run the drivers in that compatibility mode.
