Cant launch connection manager!! \'MSVCR71.dll was not found\' ??

regsvr32 msvcr71.dll
my conection manager will not load cause trhis dll file is missing. Is this file in the manager or is it a part of windows 7

searching my windows 7 for that dll shows it being in sun java

so might be worth trying to update your java
