"w,a,s,d,e,spacebar" Not working in Games or applications.

Hello,
My "w,a,s,d,e,spacebar" are not working in Games or applications. I recently used the program joytokey, which I had assigned these keys to a controller. After noticing the problem I deleted joytokey, and the problem still happens. Is there a way to get these working again, I ran out of ideas.
Please help.

I tried that, with more than one keyboard. Also the on screen-keyboard has the same problem. So I know it is not hardware related.

sounds like that software has messed with windows - try removing the software or reinstalling it and resetting the default keys etc

worst case reinstall windows fresh

I think ill try reinstalling the software, I really don't want to do a clean install, I have way to much on my computer right now, it would set me way back.
