I have both P2Kman and PST and still can't figure ut how to edit one
particular file. I have the seem number and the offset but can't
figure out how to edit it. Please help. Thanks

Those programs are not seem editors. You need a hex editor such as xvi32 to
edit seems.

Do a google for seemplayer. You use p2kman to download, seemplayer to
automatically hex edit the options you want, and p2k again to upload the
seem. remember to make a copy of every file u download to keep as back in
case you screw up somehow.
Also, there are plenty of other programs out there that will do the same as
seemplayer and more, but seemplayer and xvi32 are the only 2 I have ever
needed to use.
BTW-what cell do you plan to edit?

Use Motokit. Its for people that have trouble seem editing.
