Go to the hercules website and in the utilities area there is a "remove" utility that will take care of your registry too (the thing that most people won't want to mess with the old fashioned way). I ran the utility and reinstalled the old drivers and now everything seems fine again. If someone already posted this sorry for the redundancy.

That's really odd. I have the 6.1. At least it said so on the box. I loaded up the 7.1 drivers without problem.

I'm glad to see you've solved this problem. I suppose simply by uninstalling the drivers it doesn't clean up the registry. It bloody well should without having to run a remove utility.

If someone already posted this sorry for the redundancy.
