Last week i bought a v3 on the vodaphone network and it came with a free
bluetooth headset ..

It has come with no instructions .. ive rung vodaphone and they cant help ..

has anyone else got a phone with the headset free offer ..

can you tell me how to operate it ... or post a link to the instructions

just a note ive looked for a model number it hasnt got one ..

Hmmm...that's a bit suspicious

I got a black V3 recently and because Carphone Warehouse are a bunch of
moody gits, I had to get Motorola UK involved to get my headset.

The one they supplied, which I assume is the one they are supplying to the
retailers is the Motorola HS850, which came brand new in sealed packaging

It's probably the HS801. I believe Moto was including that with the V3
Try holding down the button on the headset until a light comes on steady,
then on your V3 go to menu>settings>connection>Bluetooth link>handsfree>look
for devices. Once it is found it will ask to connect, choose yes, and if it
asks for a passcode or whatever try entering in 0000
