Belkin router drive for win7

I down loaded what is called zone alarm and it crashed my computer and I got it fixed and I have a belkin router that has worked good untill I down loaded zone alarm and now the router says its connected but I can't excess the internet

what did you do to fix your computer?

it sounds like you are still having an issue with ZoneAlarm
