Where is the Keter MasterCart?

I have looked online everywhere and I can't seem to find anyone in the US who has it. Sears claims to have it, but it's never in stock. The 2002 Holiday buyer's guide suggested that it would be under the Black and Decker name. I've looked at both their site and sites that carry Black and Decker. I came up with nothing. Does anyone have some information to help out an American like me who would like to get something as cool as the MasterCart? I have seen nothing like it in that price range. Please let me know what the deal is with this thing. Thank you very much in advance
