OCZ Memory Question

Sorry for this newb memory question, but i plan on building a system with the Asus A7N8X mobo and 2 sticks of 512MB OCZ EL memory. My question is that the nForce2 chipset can handle DDR-400. Is DDR-400 PC-3200 or PC-3500? And which one should i use, PC-3200 or PC-3500? Will the nForce2 accept both of these?

I think this is in the FAQ, but here goes. There's no problem with getting higher speed memory and using it lower. It's just like gasoline octane rating. If you put 87 or 93 octane in a $hitkicker Nissan Sentra it's not going to matter. The 93 will work just fine (like putting PC3500 into a mediocre board and running it at 100Mhz). But if you put 87 Octane into a Ferrari Enzo it will cough and sputter and knock. Just like trying to use PC2100 at 200Mhz. Get it?
