Deploying Exchange server(s) over DC architecture Tags: Exchange Server Servers Networking anime9999 January 20, 2013 2:05:39 PM Hi, Please advise me about the best practices for installing new exchange server 2013 over already existing DC architecture. We have two DCs servers: Primary and backup, in addition to a firewall. Do we need only one server (that will play MBX and CAS/HUB roles and smtp relay), or two (1 MBX, 1 CAS/HUB) or probably 4 (2 MBX, 2 CAS/HUB)? Can only one server be sufficient to play all these roles? I ask this for budget estimation purpose... We have about 100 workers. Thank you.
