To the everyman, it boots faster, has a different interface (which you can divert through 3rd party programs if you want) and a few nifty features like the ability to pause file transfers.
To the System Builder, it supports 16GB+ of RAM on the lowest version, while with 7 you had to get Professional to do that.
To the Software engineer and coder... No clue, I dont program at all :lol:
