Snyc with 'Notes' from Outlook?

Knowing that most newer phones sync with Outlook, I'm wondering if
they sync the "notes" field? I'm still using the old Startac with the
Clip-On Organizer because it brings everything over from Outlook.

The phone is old and dying and needs to be replaced. I don't need
email or web surfing...anyone know of a phone that will sync as I
need?
