Remove acer profile dialogue box from startup

I have an Acer Aspire 5536 laptop and when I startup the Acer Profile login dialogue box is displayed. How can I disable it, it is driving me crazy.

You have multiple users and/or passwords assigned. The OS must know who is logging on. It is not recommended to bypass logon, or for that matter, logon with no password, if you will be connecting to the Internet.
