W7 - No user can log on to PC

Hello,
Cannot log on to windows 7 enterprise pc. Adminstrator username account is okay to log on with.
Comes back error message - "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded."

I am assuming this is an AD/DC environment? If so, try leaving the domain, and rejoining it. It may or may not work.
