Hey any opinons/experience with m-audio delta series sound cards? I'm thinking about sound quality, latency, drivers, set-up. ease-of use. thanks.

M-Audio makes some decent equipment. The Deltas are pretty reasonably priced. I really haven't heard of anyone having problems with them. I also have no experience with them first-hand.

I'd have to look over the whole line a little better, but my first impression is to watch out for certain ones. I'm not a fan of on-card ADACs, which I believe most of these cards have. The downside is that on-card ADACs have a better chance of picking up induced noise from inside the PC. Also, most of these have basic breakout-cables. If you can, go for one with a breackout "box", it should be a bit sturdier. Mind you, these are my opinions, so trust your own judgement.
