sound blaster live 5.1

hi, i want to install winxp and i wonder if it will support my soundblaster 5.1 . if not should i download the drivers from creative.com ? but on there website there is a 50mb pack which istalls everything but its say it will update my drivers what does that mean if xp doesnot support the card automatically . so will it istall fresh drivers if i download from creative.com ?

WinXP does support the Live card, but you can update the driver, also get the other software, like mixer, EAX and such.
