I dropped my Cingular V220 in water, Oops. Can I get a nokia phone with
a sim card port but still work with my phone? If so, tell me where i
can get a cheap one that will be compatible. Please tell me where.
THANX!

You need one that is unlocked or locked to Cingular. eBay is probably
your best bet.

You dropped your phone, but you did take out your SIM card from your V220?
If that is the case, you can buy an unlocked GSM phone that supports
Cingular bands and use your SIM card. Most of the GSM phones available in
the US will have the Cingular bands.
