I was searching around in my drawers the other day and found this older
style Motorola Piper. I plugged in the charger and then charged up the
battery on the phone.
When I turned it on, It was connect to Verizen Wireless.
Anyone know how to activate this phone? I've contacted the local Radio
Shack, where I had it activated prior and they said that they couldn't do it
anymore.
Anyone help me on this?

You would probably have to have a carrier that still is primarily or totally
AMPS do the activation. These do exist, but Verizon is not one of them.
These carriers won't do out-of-area activations, so you'd need a local
address.
