Gaming on Normal ADSL? Good? No good?

Hi Lads,

So I'm running a 4g Wireless modem router at the moment and the data cap and price per G/b is bullcrap, so I was wondering if any of you use normal ADSL for gaming?

Too slow?

Do you cop alot of lag?

Is there anything I can do to help increase the speed?

The ADSL can be used for gaming but you will be a lot slower than cable modems and with your loacal phone company you may be able to purchase different speeds but there's no way for you to increase those speeds that you sign up for.

Thanks for the reply. If it was just one computer on teamspeak and saaay... BF3, how do you think the conection would hold up... would there be lag?
