Problem with index.php

I have just create my web site and hosting is provided by www.godady.com

I have everything ready but index.php is not. To access the website this file is must. All other pages are ready.
I tried to search some info on this file on web and i came to know that this file is default file. When users enters the URL without file name, this file is opened. And this file is the home page of website.

Try to open my web site http://www.club-v6.com/. It shows some kind of error. This is my actual problem.

What I need to code for this file? Where do i need to store this file? ( According to me, it should be in every directory. )

if I remember this right from the old days, your main webpage file should be called index.html or such.
